The Word of God
At Victory Worship Center, we believe in the absolute authority and divine inspiration of the Holy Scriptures. The Bible is the living Word of God, powerful and active, able to transform lives and guide us in all aspects of faith and conduct. We hold steadfastly to the truth that the Scriptures are infallible and the ultimate standard for all teaching, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
The Spirit-Filled Life
We are committed to living a Spirit-filled life, empowered by the Holy Spirit who dwells within every believer. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience distinct from and subsequent to the new birth, providing the believer with power for life and service (Acts 1:8). The gifts of the Spirit are active and available today, equipping the church to manifest the love and power of God in the world (1 Corinthians 12:4-11).
Kingdom Mindset
Victory Worship Center embraces a kingdom mindset, understanding that we are called to advance the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Our focus is not on building our own empire but on participating in God's redemptive mission. We strive to cultivate a community of believers who reflect the values and principles of the Kingdom, living as ambassadors of Christ in every sphere of life (2 Corinthians 5:20).
Equipping the Saints
We believe in the responsibility to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God (Ephesians 4:12-13). Our mission is to nurture and develop believers into mature disciples who can effectively serve and lead in their respective callings. Through teaching, mentoring, and practical ministry opportunities, we aim to empower every believer to fulfill their God-given potential.
Rescuing the Lost
With a heart of compassion and urgency, we are dedicated to rescuing the lost and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people. We believe that every person is valuable to God and deserves to hear the message of salvation (Luke 19:10). Our commitment is to go into our community and beyond, sharing the love of Christ and inviting others to experience the transformative power of the gospel.
Reaching the Unbeliever
Our mission extends to reaching the unbeliever, engaging with those who have not yet come to faith in Jesus Christ. We seek to build relationships, demonstrate Christ's love through acts of service, and communicate the hope of the gospel in relevant and compelling ways (1 Peter 3:15). Our desire is to see lives changed and hearts turned to God, embracing the new life found in Christ.
Completing the Harvest
We are here to help complete the harvest, not to compete against other churches. We recognize that the body of Christ is diverse and that each church has a unique role to play in God's plan (John 4:35-38). At Victory Worship Center, we celebrate the successes of other congregations and seek to collaborate and partner with them in kingdom endeavors. Our goal is to work together in unity, contributing to the fulfillment of the Great Commission and the ingathering of souls for the glory of God.
In all that we do, we are driven by a passion to reach our community with the love and truth of Jesus Christ. We are committed to being a beacon of hope, a place of healing, and a center for spiritual growth. Victory Worship Center exists to glorify God, edify the saints, and evangelize the lost, as we labor together for the harvest, advancing the Kingdom and making disciples of all nations.
